Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a scheduled cleaning service. Cancellations made within the required notice period during regular business hours will not incur any fees.Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total cleaning cost. The remaining balance will be refunded electronically. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% service charge of the total cleaning cost. Your cleaning service is scheduled to begin promptly at the designated time. You will receive text and email notifications once your cleaners are ready to start. If your cleaner is required to wait more than 15 minutes to access your property, a $25 late access fee will be applied to your account. If a reservation is booked under Basic Cleaning, but upon arrival our cleaners determine that the property requires a more comprehensive service—such as significant dust removal, degreasing, or cleaning of accumulated grime due to lack of maintenance—the service will be reclassified as a Deep Cleaning.
