A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a scheduled cleaning service. Cancellations made within the required notice period during regular business hours will not incur any fees.Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total cleaning cost. The remaining balance will be refunded electronically.
