A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a scheduled cleaning service. Cancellations made within the required notice period during regular business hours will not incur any fees.Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total cleaning cost. The remaining balance will be refunded electronically.
If a reservation is booked under Basic Cleaning, but upon arrival our cleaners determine that the property requires a more comprehensive service—such as significant dust removal, degreasing, or cleaning of accumulated grime due to lack of maintenance—the service will be reclassified as a Deep Cleaning.
